Tedos Teffera
ETHIOPIA
Since the tender age of six, Tedos has found an extraordinary connection with photography. His journey has been a pursuit of capturing fleeting moments, that excite or inspire glances of moments in every day life. Tedros describes himself as a soulful explorer of life and expresses himself through creative processes.
Cradled
Tedos’ collection highlights the delicacy, fragility and vulnerability of the vessel that carries our human soul through our life time as exposed through the raw naked projection of human flesh, as it meets other living bodies. The contrasting nature of the symbol of life and conquering vegetation, from feeding to poisoning nature, is layered with human beings to evoke unanticipated thought-provoking moments. To peel the layers of complexity that drive us to act, react and form an identity, the collection explores the different dynamics we hold at different times, in relation with the emotions evoked.
